One of our Cub Leaders has put together 100 challenges for you to have a go at while we are all socially distancing.
They are silly, fun, thoughtful, but mostly enjoyable. Keep updating us with your progress through Badges at Home, and via the online portal being used in your section.
All sections can get involved, maybe you could share with cousins or friends locally or further afield to spread the fun. You don’t have to be a Scout to have a go!
To be in with a chance of winning THE BIG PRIZE for your Section (Beavers/Cubs/Scouts) you need to read the 100th challenge and make sure you do this as you go along. It could a paper or a computer scrapbook.
We have set an initial deadline of 1st September for sending in scrapbooks, but this might change. Once you have completed the challenges, click on the button at the bottom of the page, or send your scrapbook to email@example.com
Badge Design Competition
Every person (adult or young person!) who participates will be awarded a badge! However, we need YOU to design the badge!
The badge can be either a square, circle, diamond or hexagon in shape. It must contain the words 'Cheer Me Up 100 Challenge 2020'. It could also include the Scout logo or district logo if you wish.
To enter simply print out (or use a design tool like Paint on PC) the template to design your badge, and submit your image below.
The deadline for entries is 30th June 2020. We will pick several entries to be in the final, and then you will be able to vote for your favourite!
We hope to be able to offer them for no cost, but we may need to ask for a small donation to receive your badge, depending on how many people complete the challenge!
Share your progress and submit your scrapbooks!
Let us know what you have been up to by sharing your progress by clicking below, or by using the Online portal your sections uses (e.g. Online Scout Manager etc.)
We will post a selection every week on our social media and website news.
Once you have completed your scrapbook, upload a copy here so we can award you your badge!
